Those are every reading we take. Abner never records a real name, an address, a date of birth, a phone number or any payment detail; the hollow sells nothing, so there would be no point. Passwords go into the logbook only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (running the account you requested). Delete the account and every reading on it is struck out at once; the button sits on your account page.

Readings that stay in your browser

These readings never leave your own device and are never sent to the station.

Google tags, switched on only after consent

Choose “Accept all” and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags begin logging visits and whether our adverts bring people in to play, such as a first spin being made. Google then receives your IP address, device information and those events. Choose “Essential only” and the tags run in consent mode instead, without cookies and without advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Request logs at the station’s host

Our host keeps routine request logs, briefly, for security reasons. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Readings Abner will never take

  • Payment data is never collected; the hollow has nothing to sell.
  • Marketing email only if you ask Abner for it.
  • No reading of yours is sold or hired out to anyone.
  • No reading handed to gambling operators, and not one gambling affiliate link in the hollow.

Your rights over the logbook (PIPEDA)

Forecast for the hollow: a free social casino, with no real-money gambling anywhere in sight.

Almanac Hollow keeps its porch for grown-ups aged 19 or over. The reels run on virtual coins of no monetary value, coins nobody can buy, sell, withdraw or exchange. Look under every floorboard and there is still no coin shop and no page for payments; nobody is ever handed a prize of real-world value; and a lucky streak in the hollow does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
